Jotbury Printable Score Sheet Template

by ShuffleKit

A printable score sheet template for game night: score pads for any board or card game, and sheets laid out for Farkle, Bunco, Spades, Canasta and Mexican Train. Type the game's name and the players' names in the sheet and every page prints with them, or leave the names out for a blank pad to write on. The Score Sheet has six players and thirteen rounds with a Total row, and the Running Total sheet keeps a total beside every score. The Farkle sheet prints its scoring at the foot of the page, and the Bunco score cards come four to a page. The Spades and Canasta sheets give each team of two its own columns, and the Canasta one works for Hand and Foot. Every sheet is 8 × 10 inches and prints on Letter or A4.

What’s in Jotbury Printable Score Sheet Template

Six designs: Score Sheet, Running Total Score Sheet, Farkle Score Sheet, Bunco Score Cards, Spades Score Sheet and Canasta Score Sheet.

Your score sheets live in a sheet, one row each, with a column for every field the designs read: Game, Note, Player 1, Player 2, Player 3, Player 4, Player 5, Player 6 and Sheet. 13 of those rows arrive filled in, so there is something on the design before you type a word.

How to make a printable score sheet

  1. Each row in the sheet is one score sheet. Type the game's name in Game, and a line for under it in Note if you want one, such as what you play to.
  2. Type everyone's name in Player 1 to Player 6. A name you leave out prints as an empty line to write on, so a row with no names makes a blank pad.
  3. Set Sheet to the layout your game needs. Score Sheet suits most games and Running Total keeps a total beside every score. Farkle prints its scoring at the foot of the page, and Bunco prints four cards to a page, one for each player.
  4. Spades and Canasta give each team of two its own columns, and the Canasta sheet also works for Hand and Foot. Mexican Train numbers its rounds from double twelve down to the double blank.
  5. Export a PDF on Letter or A4 and print as many copies as you need. Each page is one sheet, 8 × 10 inches, with room round the edge for any printer.

Printing score sheets at home

Each page is one score sheet, 8 × 10 inches. On the Hobby plan, export a PDF on Letter or A4 and every row in the sheet comes out as a page of its own, with its game and its players' names printed on it. For a pad, print that page as many times as you need.

Leave crop marks off. Each sheet keeps its own margin, and the Bunco cards have dashed lines through the gaps between them to cut along.

Plain printer paper is all a score pad needs. If your printer shrinks the page a little to fit it, the whole sheet shrinks together and every column keeps its room.

Questions about Jotbury Printable Score Sheet Template

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Is there a Farkle score sheet with the scoring on it?

Yes. Set a row's Sheet to Farkle and it prints six player columns and seventeen turns, with the scoring at the foot of the page: 100 for a single 1, 50 for a single 5, three of a kind at 100 times the number (1,000 for three 1s), and up to 3,000 for six of a kind. Scoring differs from table to table, so the sheet asks you to cross out any line yours plays differently. The sample's note says first to 10,000, with 500 to get on the board.

How do I make Bunco score cards for everyone?

Set Sheet to Bunco and the row prints four score cards to a page, one each for Player 1 to Player 4, with the night's name on all four. Add a row for every four players: the samples are a Bunco night of twelve on three rows. Each card has three sets of six rounds marked by dice, boxes at the foot for the night's totals, and dashed lines between the cards to cut along.

Can I make a score sheet for a game that isn't listed?

Yes. Score Sheet fits any game scored in rounds for up to six players, and Running Total fits one played to a target such as 100 or 500. Type the game's name and a note such as "lowest total wins". Every heading on the designs is text too, so Round can become Hole or Hand in the editor.

What happens when I add Jotbury Printable Score Sheet Template to a project?

The six designs, the nine fields and the 13 sample score sheets are copied into a project of yours, with the fields already pointed at the design. Nothing stays linked to this page afterwards, so the author's later edits never reach your copy.

What size does Jotbury Printable Score Sheet Template print at?

Each score sheet is 8 × 10 inches (20.3 × 25.4 cm), so it fits on US Letter or A4 with room round the edge for any home printer. The Bunco score cards come four to a sheet, each about 3.5 × 4.5 inches, with dashed lines to cut along.

Is Jotbury Printable Score Sheet Template free?

Yes. Adding it, editing it, filling it with your own cards and playtesting it online are all free. Exporting print files starts on the Hobby plan, and Print & Ship through The Game Crafter is on Indie. No template sits behind a paid plan.

Can I change the designs?

Yes. They land in your project as ordinary layouts, so you can drag an element somewhere else, put your own art behind the frame, restyle the type or rename a field. Edit a design once and every score sheet on it follows.

Can I use my own score sheets instead of the samples?

Yes — the samples are rows in a sheet, and they are there to be overwritten. Type over them, add rows of your own, or bring a CSV and match its headers to the fields.

Can I sell a game made with Jotbury Printable Score Sheet Template?

Yes. This one is ours, and you keep commercial rights to what you build from it, crowdfunding and retail included.

Ready to make your own score sheets?

This template is free, and so is the editor it opens in.
