Rungwell Card Game Score Sheet Template

by ShuffleKit

A printable card game score sheet for the rummy game played in ten phases, from two sets of three up to a set of five and a set of three. The Score Sheet prints the ten phases at the top, then twenty hands for up to six players, each with a box for the phase they are on and their running score. The Phase Cards sheet has six cards to cut apart, one for each player, with the ten phases and a box to tick as each is laid down. Type the names in the sheet and they print on every page, or leave them out for a blank pad. Each sheet is 8 × 10 inches and prints on Letter or A4.

From the template to a pad on the table

Every page of the pad is a row in a sheet: the game's name, a note, and up to six players. Fill the rows in and every page prints with its own names.

  1. Add the template to a project

Free. It copies both sheets and six sample pages into a project of your own: a family night of six with its phase cards, a game for two, a lunch break league and two blank sheets.

  2. Type the names

Put the night's name in Game, a line such as "A tie goes to the lower score" in Note, and everyone's names in Player 1 to Player 6. A name you leave out prints as a line to write on.

  3. Pick the sheet

Score Sheet keeps twenty hands, with a narrow box for the phase each player is on and a wide one for their running score. Phase Cards prints six cards to cut apart, one per player, to tick as each phase goes down.

  4. Print the pad

On Hobby and up, export a PDF on Letter or A4: every row is a page. Print a score sheet for each game and a set of phase cards for the table. The blank sheets below are free and need no account.

How scoring works

When someone goes out, everyone else adds up the cards still in their hand and adds them to their running score.

Points only settle a tie. The first player to lay down the tenth phase wins, and if two finish it in the same hand, the lower score wins.

Questions about the Phase 10 style score sheet

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Still have questions? Contact us

Is this an official Phase 10 score sheet?

No. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mattel. Rungwell is an original score sheet for the same ten phases, written in our own words, and nothing on it is Mattel's: no logo, card colours or score sheet design.

What are the 10 phases?

1: two sets of three. 2: a set of three and a run of four. 3: a set of four and a run of four. 4: a run of seven. 5: a run of eight. 6: a run of nine. 7: two sets of four. 8: seven cards of one colour. 9: a set of five and a set of two. 10: a set of five and a set of three. A set is cards of the same number and a run is cards in number order.

Can I download a blank score sheet without signing up?

Yes. The PDFs on this page are two pages each, the score sheet and the phase cards, on Letter or on A4, with no account needed. Print them at actual size and make as many copies as you like.

How do I put our names on the score sheet?

Add the template to a project, which is free, and type the names into Player 1 to Player 6 on a row of the sheet: they print over their columns, and on a Phase Cards row each name prints on its own card. Exporting the PDF to print is on the Hobby plan.

What if a game goes past twenty hands?

Carry each player's running score to the first row of a second sheet and keep going. The shortest game possible is ten hands, one phase a hand, and a game where phases keep failing can run well past twenty.

Phase 10 is a trademark of Mattel, Inc. ShuffleKit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mattel, and the Rungwell score sheets on this page are an original design that contains none of Mattel's logos, card art or score sheet art.
