A score sheet for the eleven round rummy game where the wild card changes every round, from 3s wild with three cards to Kings wild with thirteen. The design is an original one called Fanwick. Download a blank sheet below and print it now, or put your players' names on it first.

A printable rummy score sheet for the eleven round game dealt from three cards up to thirteen, where the wild card changes every round. Use this template free

From the template to a pad on the table

Every page of the pad is a row in a sheet: the game's name, a note, and up to seven players. Fill the rows in and every page prints with its own names.

Add the template to a project
Free. It copies both sheets and six sample pages into a project of your own: a family night of seven, a weekend's two games, a game for two, a card club of four and two blank pads.
Type the names
Put the night's name in Game, a line such as "Loser shuffles next time" in Note, and everyone's names in Player 1 to Player 7. A name you leave out prints as a line to write on.
Pick the sheet
One Game gives every round a tall row, with a box for the round's points and a smaller one for the running total. Two Games fits two whole games on one page, a round to a line.
Print the pad
On Hobby and up, export a PDF on Letter or A4: every row is a page. Print each page as many times as you have games. The blank sheets below are free and need no account.

How scoring works

When someone goes out, everyone else adds up the cards still in their hand and writes the total in that round's row.

The wild card is the rank that matches the cards dealt: 3s in the first round up to Kings in the eleventh, as the sheet prints beside each round. After eleven rounds the lowest total wins.

Is this an official Five Crowns score sheet?

No. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by SET Enterprises or PlayMonster. Fanwick is an original score sheet for the same eleven rounds, which follow an older rummy often called Three Thirteen, and nothing on it is theirs: no logo, crown, suit or score pad design.

Can I download a blank score sheet without signing up?

Yes. The PDFs on this page are two pages each, the one game sheet and the two game sheet, on Letter or on A4, with no account needed. Print them at actual size and make as many copies as you like.

Which card is wild in each round?

The rank that matches the number of cards dealt: 3s with three cards, 4s with four, and so on to 10s with ten. With eleven cards Jacks are wild, with twelve Queens, and with thirteen Kings. Jokers are wild in every round. The sheet prints each round's wild card in its row.

How do I put our names on the score sheet?

Add the template to a project, which is free, and type the names into Player 1 to Player 7 on a row of the sheet: they print over their columns, and the game's name prints at the top. Exporting the PDF to print is on the Hobby plan. On the two game sheet the names print over both games.

Can I play with an ordinary deck of cards?

Yes. Shuffle two packs together with the aces and twos taken out and the jokers left in. That gives four suits where the boxed game has five, and the rounds, wild cards and scores stay the same, so this sheet works for either.
