Pipworth Dice Game Score Sheet Template

by ShuffleKit

A printable dice game score sheet for the classic five dice game: Ones to Sixes with a 35 point bonus at 63, then three and four of a kind, a full house, a small and a large straight, five of a kind and chance. The Players sheet holds one game for up to six players, with everyone's name over their column, and the Six Games card holds six games for one player. Every box says how it scores, with an example roll drawn in dice, so a new player can follow along. Type the names in the sheet and they print on every page, or leave them out for a blank pad. Each sheet is 8 × 10 inches and prints on Letter or A4.

From the template to a pad on the table

Every page of the pad is a row in a sheet: the game's name, a note, and up to six players. Fill the rows in and every page prints with its own names.

  1. Add the template to a project

Free. It copies both sheets and six sample pages into a project of your own: a family night of six, a six game card, a classroom's, a game for two and two blank pads.

  2. Type the names

Put the night's name in Game, a line such as "Loser makes the tea" in Note, and everyone's names in Player 1 to Player 6. A name you leave out prints as a line to write on.

  3. Pick the sheet

Players holds one game for up to six people, a column each. Six Games is one player's card with six games across, for a tournament or a week of games for two.

  4. Print the pad

On Hobby and up, export a PDF on Letter or A4: every row is a page. Print each page as many times as you have games. The blank sheets below are free and need no account.

What each box scores

The thirteen boxes, top to bottom, as the sheet prints them. Each turn fills one box, so a game is thirteen turns.

Questions about the Yahtzee style score sheet

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Still have questions? Contact us

Is this an official Yahtzee score sheet?

No. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hasbro. Pipworth is an original score sheet for the same dice game, which is far older than the brand and is played as Yacht or Yatzy too, and nothing on it is Hasbro's: no logo, name or score card design.

Can I download a blank score sheet without signing up?

Yes. The PDFs on this page are two pages each, the Players sheet and the Six Games card, on Letter or on A4, with no account needed. Print them at actual size and make as many copies as you like.

How do I put our names on the score sheet?

Add the template to a project, which is free, and type the names into Player 1 to Player 6 on a row of the sheet: they print over their columns, and the game's name prints at the top. Exporting the PDF to print is on the Hobby plan. On the Six Games card, Player 1 is whose card it is.

How many players fit on one sheet?

Six on the Players sheet, a column each. For a bigger group, add a second row with the other names and print both pages. The Six Games card is for one player and holds six games, so two people playing all week each need one.

Does it work for Yatzy?

Not as it is. Yatzy, the Nordic version, has fifteen boxes, among them one pair and two pairs, and its straights, full house and bonus score differently. This sheet is for the thirteen box game. Every label on the design is text, so a table that plays its own rules can change the scores printed on it in the editor.
